Episode 6 - Burnout and Stress

Today’s episode is all about burnout and stress (two things that unfortunately many of us are currently experiencing). I talk about the different ways that our body lets us know that we are burned out and how we can better manage our stress. While it is not as simple as putting on a Band-Aid, by learning about our stress and stressors, we can work towards completing our stress cycle.
