About Me
Hello! My name is Kaitlin Roller and I am 28 years old. I grew up in snowy Minnesota and now I live in sunny Texas. As you can tell from my picture on the right, I love cats! I adopted two kittens this summer, Oliver and Lucy, from the same litter. They are the stars of my Instagram and make my life more interesting everyday :)
I have been sharing my health and wellness journey on social media for almost a year leading up to the creation of this site. I have enjoyed sharing the ups and downs of my journey because it has allowed me to connect with others and create a positive community.
I am nervous, but excited to share more of who I am in through this site in hopes to help others along their journey and create positive, impactful change :)
