Why this site?

You may have been following me on Instagram/Facebook as I’ve shared my fitness journey and other aspects of my life. I still continue to do so, but I felt like I wanted more.

I wanted more room to inspire and promote positive change.

I wanted the ability to share more of my journey and help others on theirs.

I wanted to connect and do it in a more meaningful way.

All of this want has lead me to create a site where I can share my fitness, health, personal/professional life, and just more about me in general! I’m so excited to take this scary plunge and share more of what makes me, me!

What is resilience?
